Pay 4 Play

2019 CMN drive

The “People's Pay 4 Play” is a 28-hour radio marathon hosted by Nipsey, Jennifer Shade and Earl David Reed from the People's Morning Show on 105.7 The X to raise money for Children's Miracle Network at Penn State Children's Hospital. During the event, which takes place November 7th and 8th, listeners can call in to request songs in exchange for donations. The further the song is from The X's Active Rock Radio format, the higher the donation must be to hear that song on the radio. Of course, you don't HAVE to make a song request. You can simply donate to help us reach our goal.

Middletown Area School District will be participating as one team to raise a goal of $3,000. The campaign deadline is 9am on Friday, November 8th. If you would like to donate online as a family, please visit the MASD donation page

Each school will be participating in the following activities to raise funds for Pay4Play:

FINK will be collecting money at school as well as at Homecoming, at the Middletown Halloween Parade and at the Book Fair Family Night. Students will have the opportunity to win schoolwide prizes including sliming a teacher.

KUNKEL fourth grade students will visit classrooms each morning with Pay 4 Play donation buckets to collect donations (change or cash). If you would like your child to be a part of this philanthropy, please have them bring donations to school for collection.

REID will be sharing the information at the Book Fair Family Night on October 22nd and will also have a donation bucket at the Book Fair. Reid will have a grade level contest; whichever grade donates the most will earn an extra recess for that grade and a staff dress-down day for their teachers.

MAMS will host Pay 4 Play gymnasium times for each grade level. For a donation of $2.00, students may go to the gym during a study hall and play games.

MAHS will be participating in Pay 4 Play by raising funds under the leadership of Key Club. Key Club members will be working with the student body to fill their buckets for the campaign.
